1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the t9999 platform and all services under it. When you register, log in, or use any service on t9999, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to prevent unauthorised access. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out through your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

t9999 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify a user's identity. This verification process is completed securely via SSL encryption. If verification fails or is refused, the account may be restricted or closed.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per user. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on t9999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposited funds must come from an account or service registered in your name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Typical withdrawal time: processing is completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Funds will only be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at t9999, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited funds.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The required wagering must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed using third-party funds.
• t9999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game round is left incomplete due to a server or network issue, t9999 will make reasonable efforts to restore the balance where applicable. Payouts made as a result of a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, t9999's set odds and market terms apply. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or does not take place, t9999 reserves the right to refund the bet amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on t9999:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Operating an account with a fake identity or false information.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.

• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other players.
• Sharing an account or gaming privileges with minors.

If any of the above activities are proven, t9999 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and may take legal action if necessary.

All content on the t9999 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is covered by t9999's intellectual property rights.

• Users may view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without t9999's written permission.
• Content from game providers used on the platform (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is covered by their respective intellectual property rights.
